We understand how time consuming it can be to plan a class field trip. To help, we now offer a Ticket and Transportation package that includes round-trip charter bus transportation, and a ticket to BODIES...The Exhibition and/or TITANIC: The Artifact Exhibition at the Tropicana Resort and Casino.

TITANIC: The Artifact Exhibition-ONLY Package:

$16.50 per student for bus and exhibition ticket. (Per person price is based on a full bus--50 to 57 people. If you have smaller groups, per person price will be quoted to you.)

COMBO PACKAGE (Transportation and Tickets to both Exhibitions)

For a full day of learning, visit both BODIES...The Exhibition and TITANIC: The Artifact Exhibition. It's a field trip they will not soon forget! Combo Package: $27 per student for bus and both exhibition tickets. (Per person price is based on a full bus--50 to 57 people. If you have smaller groups, a per person price will be quoted to you.)

Las Vegas Group Sales Payment Policies

If booking a TIcket and Transportation package, two checks must be generated: One for the bus company and one for the exhibition. The bus company check must be received 72 hours prior to visit.

FOR SCHOOL GROUPS: We accept cc, school check or cash.

  • To pay with cc, groups must submit Trop Authorization Form.
  • To pay with school check, order may be held with cc (uncharged) or school PO. School check may be presented as late as day of visit.
  • To pay with cash, order may be held with cc (uncharged). One person should pay at box office window. Individual cash payments cannot be handled for groups.

FOR NON-SCHOOL GROUPS: We accept cc, school check or cash.

  • To pay with cc, groups must submit Trop Authorization Form.
  • To pay with check, check must be sent to box office at least 10 days prior to visit.
  • To pay with cash, one person should pay at box office window. Individual cash payments cannot be handled for groups.

FOR VOUCHER PURCHASES: (These are MIS Coupons that groups may buy in bulk so that they may visit the exhibition individually.) We accept cc, check or cash.

  • To pay with cc, groups must submit Trop Authorization Form.
  • To pay with check, check must be sent to box office at least 10 days prior to visit.
  • To pay with cash, payment must be made at box office at least 10 days prior to visit. (We cannot hold an order for cash payment day of visit with an uncharged cc).
